It's my first time boxing, can I come to classes?

Totally! We understand that stepping into a gym can be nerve wracking so we design the workouts to meet all skill levels. Feel free to email us to come in a few minutes early to get comfortable or book an intro private.

Do I need my own gloves?

We will always have gloves you can borrow but we recommend buying your own once you fall in love with boxing. Ask us about our recommendations for purchasing gloves next time you're in the gym.

Do I need to wear hand-wraps?

Usually its best practice to wrap your hands. This helps to protect your wrist and the small bones in your hands. If you have your own gloves and prefer not to wear them that's totally fine but if you are borrowing gloves we ask you wear your own wraps. This helps keep the gloves nice and clean.

I have some injuries, can I do the strength classes?

Depending on the injury we normally want to make sure you have clearance from a health care professional before exercises. That said, if this is something you have had for a while and is manageable, we always provide a variety of progressions in our classes. Our goal is to create an environment where you feel empowered to choose the option that best suits your body! If you have ANY questions or concerns email us directly before class to go through those adaptations.

I want to do a private session with a friend, can we split the cost?

Training with a friend is always a great option. For an additional $10 we can split the cost of the private. For more details or to book a larger private session please email us and we will be happy to accommodate.
