We offer a mix of signature group classes and private sessions — from boxing (bag and pad work) to strength training and Pilates — designed to make you sweat, have fun, and learn something new. All sessions are beginner-friendly and accessible for every level, from first-time boxers to experienced athletes.
Hi, I’m Anna Kerevan — owner of Teddy’s Boxing & Fitness.
I’ve been in the boxing and fitness industry for over 17 years, starting my journey in 2008 as a way to manage stress and quickly falling in love with the sport.
Since then, I’ve coached, competed, promoted professional events, and previously served on the board of Boxing BC. My goal is to make boxing fun, welcoming, and accessible — whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or returning to movement after a break.
I’ve taught strength and conditioning for over a decade, and I’m certified in Mat Pilates (ALL Method) and Functional Mobility (Third Space Movement), which I integrate into both group classes and private training to support long-term strength and movement longevity.
In 2023, I returned to my hometown of Sidney, BC, and opened Teddy’s to create a space that blends authenticity, community, and training that just feels good.
